CARE

Your Everyday Necklace is meant to withstand most everyday activities, but as with all things precious, it still deserves your care. Here are some things to note:

• Avoid prolonged and constant exposure to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine, abrasives, and acids.
• Clean your gold jewelry by soaking it in a mixture of warm water and some gentle detergent then scrubbing it with a soft-bristled brush. This is a good way to remove any dirt or grime that had built up on the surface of your gold jewelry. Don't forget to wipe it dry with a soft cloth afterward. 
• Always use only the softest materials when cleaning your gold jewelry to avoid unwanted scuffs and scratches.
• When getting ready, put on your gold jewelry last to minimize contact with liquids and lotions that may build up and leave residue.
• When not worn, keep it with the clasp closed in the soft cloth pouch provided to prevent tangles and scratches.

LEAD TIME & DELIVERY

All necklaces, pendants, bracelets, and anklets are made to order with an average production time of 3-4 weeks. In the event that our standard lightweight chains are not available in time for delivery, we may offer you a heavier chain instead. We will inform you beforehand for any additional charge necessary.

Nationwide shipping is available via LBC for a flat rate of Php 250, inclusive of insurance up to Php 500. Additional coverage may be availed upon request and subject to computation depending on the value of the item ordered. Amount shall be charged to the client and settled before delivery.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

For made to order pieces, a non-refundable downpayment of at least 50% is required to process your order. Production will start once we receive your downpayment. Your 50% balance will be due 3 days before delivery.

For on-hand pieces, full payment is required to process your order.

You may settle your balance through the following payment channels:

1. GCash
2. Bank Transfer to BPI
3. Credit Card via PayPal (for website orders only)

Details will be provided upon checkout.

Unclaimed and unsettled orders shall be forfeited 3 months after sale.

 

PERSONALIZATION

RETURN POLICY

Quality and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, so we work hard with our plateros to ensure that your Everyday Necklace is made according to your preference. If you are extremely dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know via email to everydaynecklaceco@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

In the unfortunate event that you find your Everyday Necklace to be damaged or defective upon receipt, kindly contact us via email to everydaynecklaceco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Items for replacement or for exchange must be in the same condition it was received, including its complete packaging. Please note that all shipping fees shall be shouldered by the customer.
